ARTICLE 1. GOVERNING ENTITY & SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1. Governing Entity: All digital services, servers, and cloud infrastructure are owned and operated by SEAMOU TECHNOLOGY & ENGINEERING CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Seamou" or "We").

• Headquarters: Thanh Nam, Bong Khe, Con Cuong District, Nghe An Province, Vietnam.

1. Scope of Application: These Terms of Service apply to all individuals and organizations (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who access, register, or use any software, digital platform, or cloud resource within the Seamou ecosystem.
2. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or creating an account, Users confirm having read, understood, and agreed to adhere to all terms set forth herein along with our Personal Data Protection Policy.

ARTICLE 2. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Proprietary Works: All documents, user interfaces, branding trademarks, logos, codebases, and software created by Seamou remain the exclusive intellectual property of SEAMOU TECHNOLOGY & ENGINEERING CO., LTD. under Vietnamese and international copyright treaties.
2. Open Source Components: Open source modules embedded in our architecture operate under their respective licenses.
3. Usage Restrictions: Users agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or impersonate Seamou branding without prior explicit written consent.

ARTICLE 3. ACCOUNT INTEGRITY & AUTHENTICATION

1. Information Accuracy: Users must provide truthful and accurate information during account registration.
2. Security Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA) tokens, and active sessions.
3. Incident Reporting: Users must immediately notify our Security Team at security@seamou.studio upon discovering unauthorized access.

ARTICLE 4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users strictly agree not to:

1. Distribute malicious code, viruses, spyware, or conduct Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against Seamou infrastructure.
2. Store or transmit illegal content, defamatory statements, or material violating Vietnamese laws.
3. Abuse computing resources for unsolicited spamming, phishing, or financial fraud.
4. Decompile, disassemble, or circumvent security access controls.

ARTICLE 5. LIABILITY & SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

1. Account Suspension: Seamou reserves the right to suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notice.
2. Maintenance Windows: Periodic maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours to guarantee system integrity.
3. Force Majeure: Seamou is exempt from liability for interruptions caused by natural disasters or statutory government orders.

ARTICLE 6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
2. Jurisdiction: Any unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent People's Court in Vietnam.
