This move does not break Haki Quan Sát (Instinct) on the final smash and does only on the impact with the first dash. This move also has slight aim-assist.

Upon usage, an interface having locations corresponding to their own seas shows up. After choosing the desired destination, a portal forms, with chains wrapping the user and nearby enemies/allies. After the formation, they are teleported to the destination alongside their allies , and enemies are stunned and damaged. Up until the portal lasts, the user, their allies and enemies can repeatedly go from the origin to the destination back and forth. Afterwards, the portal disintegrates.
